Juba

This is the first body percussion I learned as an adult.   I was hooked!!
I took a musical theater class at the University of New Hampshire in 1995 and this great old performer came and showed this to us.
I never stopped looking for more.
 Juba is a body percussion with lots of groups of three sounds.  It is usually danced, and has a great cirular stepping/kicking move it you can do it.   Search dance sites to see the dances.   The following is just the rhyth
